(More customer reviews)SONY 580 HELMET CAM CAMERA MOTORCYCLE BIKE BULLET WITH STEREO SOUND.. I bought this product from a different seller over a year ago & wasn't told I also had to buy a compatible video camera to go with it, I did that & the Cam still didn't work, we thought we were not hooking it up correctly. After a lot of communication with Adrenaline Systems we found we were connecting it correctly.It still would not work. Extreme Guys, the seller just ignored us when I told them it didn't work, as has the the mfg. & I've ended up spending more than the Cam itself to diagnose the problem & was fianlly told the Cam had a mfg. defect, a short in the system & it would never work...I have tried now to contact Adrenaline Systems 3 times & they won't respond. I have a never been used helmet Cam with a new video recorder to be used with it, they DO NOT live up to their RAVE advertised customer service..I'd be remiss if I recommend the seller, Adrenaline Systems or the product. What a disappointment and lesson that cost over $650 by the time I bought the Cam, video recorder & diagnostics. Go to a reputable dealer to get yours.
