(More customer reviews)I've never written a review for Amazon before but this product needs a warning for potential buyers.I bought the ITS 301D a little over 8 months ago and other than needing some interface tweaks, it worked great, a lot of features for the price.However, it can no longer read any disks.I've tried to contact tech support but all I get is the run-around...deleted tech support tickets, hung up on phone calls, and plain ignorance on the part of their reps regarding their "warranty".Reading the other reviewer's experience regarding getting his deck fixed, I probably shouldn't even bother.Oh well, at least I still have a radio...for now.
Go ahead, try your luck with Valor. But, if I were you I would put down a little more cash and go with a better known, reliable brand.
